As the Molder of Minds, or Dr. M.O.M., I can help guide you to the answers you seek. I know firsthand having been in education for over 15 years how one small step towards a student can make a world of difference.
After all, you are affecting an entire universe when you interact with just one student. My teaching philosophy of “building a rapport with students before asking them to perform” takes a Humanity First Approach to learning.
By humanizing my student scholars and seeing them as the future leaders that they are, I have been able to reinvision who they think they are and who they hope that they will be. Why would I do this? Primarily because many people along my own educational journey did it for me.
I was that little girl hoping to be seen, to know that someone else could help me navigate my way from humble beginnings to generational success.
The formula for this generation of scholars is right before us and I am going to guide you through a series of proven steps that I have honed over the years.
As we build the Metaverse, it is more important than ever to tap into all of the gifts and talents of this next generation because no one has ever done this and there is no roadmap.
I am keen on empowering our future with the boldness to know that they don’t need a roadmap or a framework because they are CREATORS and they have the power within them to do CREATE the world they want to inhabit.
It is a new way of thinking about education but this transformation is needed so that our future does not hold the hauntings of our past.
Being intentional about the work before us will take human ingenuity and it starts with our youth. There is a “you” in youth, we’ll start there
